Short modules that build off one another ensure that employees can take part in a module that is relevant to them. We differentiate between three kinds of learning modules:
VIEW & DO imparts practical knowledge (for example, handling a new product) in a hands-on way (study time about 15 minutes).
ILLUSTRATE & MOTIVATE creates awareness about dealing with a complex topic (for example IT security), relays important concepts and motivates learners to reflect on their behavior (study time about 30 minutes).
EXPLAIN & TRAIN conveys comprehensive practical and conceptual knowledge, reactivates lapsed knowhow and presents it all in such a way that it can be applied even in the most complex situations (study time about 45 minutes).
